Divided Peace Lilies Drooping -HELP!?

I had two large potted peace lilies. I divided them, pruned the roots, and put them into smaller pots. They are still green, but have been drooping like they were ran over by a truck or something. It has been over a month. They seem to perk up a bit when I take them out for rainwater, but not much at all. One of them has stems that are all upright, but then the leaves droop straight down like they have broken necks. I have not given any fertilizer because I am afraid to shock them. Any help at all is appreciated! Thanks much!
