prosperity isn't always money. You can be broke but be prosperous in God's eyes. If you're obedient and doing the Will of the Father you're prosperous. So when you start living a life that lines up to God standards, you'll experience things that will blow your mind. That's what the means. Stop trying to get understanding through the Word of God without the Holy Spirit. You'll nevewr hear God in your flesh.
