Question about ultimate frisbee lingo?

Common throws are: Hammer, forehand/flick, backhand, huck (that one would make people look twice!) Cant tell u much about disc golf to be honest. Could do a play on words using "disc" discobedient etc? Another word is lay-out that's a word for when u dive for the disc. Good luck with it.
