Would You Consider This A Relationship?

So me and this women have been friends for awhile now, we get along really well and hang out alot. we share the same humour, tastes, etc.. I always make her laugh,we flirt constantly and are forever suggestive with one another, we always call each other by nicknames (babe, sweetie, baby, hunny, hun etc..) we text everyday, I can put my hands all over her (minus the hots spots lol ) and she never minds and often invites it. We do everything a couple would do, the only thing we haven't done is be intimate and I haven't made a "move" yet cause I don't want to ruin the friendship base that we have, but surely she has to be interested, what are your opinions?
