I have a toyota camry and i have put new breaks and a calliper and the breaks are not working what can i do?

i have a 1993 camry and about a two weeks ago i had a problem with the breaks to i replaced both front break pads and both callipers and i still dont have any breaks in my car just a little bit and when i press on the breaks they go all the way to the floor and its hard to stop i have no presser in the breaks what can i do ??? please help
