Medical Issue- Please Help!!!!?

I'm a nineteen year old female. I was diagnosed with optic neurtitis a couple of weeks ago. I've had the following symptoms for the past months- tingling/temporary numbness in my arms and legs, shaking legs, hands, unbalanced coordination, fatigue, and general weakness. I had an MRI done last week and it was negative. The symptoms are still present and i'm suppossed to see a neurologist soon but i was wondering if anyone had any idea on what could be wrong and any information? Thanks so much!!!!
