Why do i have bile in my stomach?

I had an endoscopy done 5 months ago, found 2 healing tumors, and bile in my stomach. Got some pills for it that have worked fine up to now. Now I'm starting to get nauseous after I eat and sometimes also have severe pain and diarrhea.
