What are the implications of health care as a privilege, not a right, for the poor, sick, uninsured?

Health care should be a right. It isn't, and that's why we are having this argument. What about liberty, pursuit of happiness and LIFE as proscribed in the United States of America declaration of independence. Works well if you have money! If you don't, than I guess it's, in god we trust? The fact that this nation is so behind the rest of the world is amazing. President Truman tried first and wasn't able to get it done. Now is the time!
