Bi polar illness. my fiance left me?

hes been great for over a year..but no meds and some paranoia, which did escalate into daily arguments and him not feeling safe with me unless i did everything he said. i have been crushed for weeks, and he wants to be friends, then hes crying, then he dont want to know..my head is battered. hes also been following me around on here and on myspace. leaving me messages about him, pretending hes someone else. he had an injunction for ault on his son a few years ago....his son was in a coma at the time, and hes been arrested a few times for other stuff..which i only just found out. hes acting so wierd.like hes in control, but he isnt. am i mean to just shut him out. i have cried everyday, cos i really loved him..but now its making me ill, and he refuses to go get meds.

My neighbour & I were dating for quite some time. However, things were not meant to be for us. Then, she got attached to a colleague of hers. What puts me in a spot is what I just found out about that particular guy. Apparently, I have a friend who is friends with this guy. Recently, I met up with him and I was shocked he knew about my brief relationship. It turns out that the guy was boasting to him about being able to snatch my neighbour from me. In addition, my friend stated that this guy as a heartbreaker and hyprocrite. He's the kind who will dump a girl after bedding her. Thus, my friend suggested I tell my neighbour to be cautious. I'm in a tight spot now. As a friend, I feel obliged to tell her. On the other hand, I'm afraid she might think I'm being childish & bad-mouthing that guy. What exactly should I do??

If you live with this man, get the police or sheriff to help you get your stuff out. Your life is in danger if you stay with this person. I have tiny bugs in my pantry, what are they?

There are a lot of them and I recently realized that they are in every open food that i have in my pantry. They are black, size of an ant, they occasionally jump, but they don't have wings. Their head is a little bit smaller than their body and even though I cleaned my pantry and threw out every open bag/box, they still don't seem to go away.
