How to go about putting my daughter in day care?

i have a six month old fed clingy daughter the only other person she will go to other than me is my sister...me and my daughter stay alone in a town were we don't know many people we don't have transportation to get much of anywhere so we aren't around alot of people that much so she is not used to be around anybody other than mewe don't have cable either so during all our time together we play i know i spoiled her but what was i really supposed to do sit and stare at her i need to start school soon and she cries like she going to die if i leave her its so heartbreaking i can't go to the daycare center to get her used to the people because i can't pay for it and state won't pay unless i'm already in school or have a job i really have no help but need to get my life back on track for the sake of her future that my main goal is to give her a good future what should i try
