I think that Starr and Coles baby will be a boy!?

I was looking at some spoiler, and it said something about Todd not being able to keep Starr fron signing away his 'grandson'. Im not sure if those were the exact words but it said grandson. i was wondering if the website meant to say grandchild, or was it really grandson., because i havent seen any other websites saying any thing about them having a boy. (i kinda wanted them to have a girl, to see how protective Cole would be of his daughter =) )
