What should I do about my friend?

My friend and I have had a lot of problems lately and now she sometimes gets snappy with me or gets a little attitude when i asks her questions and even when I don't ask her questions. For example today I asked her who she took to homecoming and she said with an attitude for me not to worry about it and that it was non of my business. I don't feel like I can talk to her about anything or even how I feel anymore. I want to tell her how about how she makes me feel but she will probably say that I'm just being silly about it or something and blow it off. So what should I do? Sometimes she can treat me nicely but I want her to treat me like that all the time. She even treats her friends better than me, she is always laughing and joking around with them but with me it's like she is just careless with our friendship.

Does anyone know where I can find a sample MCAT exam? Specifically the physics section. I've been asked to teach a prep course on MCAT physics, but I'm a physicist, not a medical doctor, so I've never taken the exam. Are they accessible online, or should I go buy a book?

What are your views on being a christian and what church to go to?

I just became a new christian and my parents are telling me to go to there church which a embly of god ... I was made to go to church when i was a little girl at this church and now they are telling me that these are the churches you want to go to cause they are the only one's that preach and go by the whole bible . they said that methodist , Lutheran etc only teach half the bible and live worldly . im just really confused of what church i should go to and what bible to study since everyone is telling me different things. like abortion is shunned against and so are s and gays but i feel different and im not republican im democrat. what is the right answer . please no fighting on here im not gay im married to my wonderful husband and have a little girl but i don't see why christians say that you can't be a christian if you are gay or even support gays. I just think it's crazy cause god says he loves everyone and wants everyone to be a christian. sorry for the long story just kinda confused

I need $13 000.00 to pay a debt that must be paid by next week. Can anyone offer any words of advice?

I am so worried, I must aculate $13 000.00 as soon as possible. The main problem that I have is that I am already in deep debt with student loans approximately $50 000.00 in which I am behind on payments. I have not been working for a year yet since graduating Grad school, and my pay right now is just terrible. I am about to start a part time job next week teaching, which will help me out tremendously. The problem now is that I absolutely need to come up with the $13 000.00 now. I am so worried that I cannot sleep. I am not an American citizen nor do I live in the US. I do have some collateral which is some land that my father left to me and my sister, so I cannot sell. I am open to hear any idea or suggestions. I am so screwed up now that I cannot think straight. I tried asking friends and family but no one can or is trying to help! I feel like I am going to have a nervous breakdown because my back is against a wall. Thanks!

Not a bad idea, but I think you will run into trouble by accepting a new and relatively untested standard of law. The question will devolve into a validation of the new standard's appropriateness. Having said that, there are precedents in Canadian law. Early in BC history, a judge actually ruled that a northern First Nations very competent to investigate and prosecute crimes among their own people. That case was not permitted to stand alone as such, but it was definitely noted. So The problem is going to be the notion that laws should vary according to the cultural group you are representing. That will not work, but on a philosophical level, it is entirely appropriate that First Nations philosophies should influence Western Jurisprudence.
