Big Survey: Is it acceptable to call someone with a scar a name like Scararm or Scarfoot?

I know it's o.k. to call them Scarface if they have a scar on their face. I have a scar on my from backing into the faucet in the shower when I was cleaning the tub years ago. Would it be o.k. to insist that people call me Scar?
