Can I sue AIG for filing an Interpleader in LA-07CV222-w/o proof of "mental incapacity" only horrendous accusations by his daughter.I am the irrevocable beneficiary, widow. My husband died of natural causes. I have suffered horribly-she called homicide...etc., I can't pay my bills left by my husband. She Answered late Pro Se, stated her desire to withdraw in two letters to the court. Magistr. filed after default granted and yet the case continued! Died Dec 9, 2006,100% disabled (blind in one eye) veteran, retired bishop. After his former wife died in 2003, 2+ years later his daughter was a beneficiary for 3 mos b/4 we married...She claimed that there was "foul play" involved in her father's death and called the police, and homicide detectives in B.R., though nothing came of it. She claimed it was not his signature. The expert refuted that. She has no atty. since Feb.Summary Judgment filed Aug.14. Close of discovery Oct.26. No discovery done! Need new atty maybe for possible trial?
