Does she dislike me or interested ?

so there is this girl in my econ cl i will tell you now that she is very flirty. Well she tried to talk to me like how was your day etc. but when i try to respond she looked up and started to say "ummmm" i mean i did respond but she completely ignored me. i realized that she only does this to me all shy and stuff but when there are other guys she is all flirty sometimes i get mixed signals.
