Im getting married on saturday but had a miscarriage 3 days ago...?

i know this happens to lots and lots of women but its heartbreaking i feel so lost however i know i love my fiancee so much and been his wife would make me so proud im just scared that some people will think i didn't care about the pregnancy if i go ahead.
