Is this a racist name for an organization?

I knew that White people definitely think highly of themselves. And just because they are white? The reason is too unreasonable. You shouldn't judge or rank a people by the color of their skin or the ancestry they belong. You should judge a person by the way he or she acts or the attitude-that's the main thing. Don't get back on the person's ancestral roots. Just judge him by the way he is. Not what or from where he is.
