Looking for information on how many breaks are allowed in fast food business?

I work at Tim Horton's I need information on what the law says about breaks in an 8 hour shift (how many?) How many breaks in an 7 hour shift and if they can be divided up during your shift? How many breaks on an 6 hour shift -- can it be divided up? How long are these breaks in each situation?
