Which version of Photoshop for Manga style art?

CS4 has definitely a better user interface. It's Filter gallery has also improved dramatically. By using OpenGL, zooming and scrolling in your doent is a lot faster and more natural. So I would definitely advise you to upgrade to this version. You should not face any lagging problems, at least I didn't
